Sylvia Drew-Rabb

Sylvia is a native Tucsonan and a professional businesswoman who obtained her skills through 25 years of owning and operating “Creative Arrangements by Sylvia.”  In that time, Sylvia grew and developed her business and ultimately become recognized as “Number One Party Planner in America” by Special Event Trade Magazine.  Now, after having retired from her business, Sylvia is using her business and expert organizational skills, as well as her personnel management skills, to help Rabb & Rabb remain efficient and to better serve its clients.  Sylvia also assists Attorney Lloyd “Chip” Rabb with his case work-up efficiencies.

Cindy Merritt

An Arizona native, Cindy Merritt has over 22 years of experience working in the legal community, including more than 12 years of experience as a paralegal focused exclusively on personal injury, medical malpractice, and FELA litigation cases. Her first experience came in high school when she volunteered as a clerical assistant in a rural Justice of the Peace office in Northern Arizona. In 1997, after attending the University of Arizona, Ms. Merritt began working as a file clerk in a Tucson law office. Striving to improve her legal knowledge and skill set, she applied herself to each new challenge and has continued to grow in her skills as a legal secretary, legal assistant, and paralegal. With extensive knowledge concerning Medicare, ERISA, and medical provider reimbursement claims, Ms. Merritt has been a presenter on the topic of reimbursement claims at a national paralegal convention.

Giselle Hernandez

Giselle Hernandez was born and raised in Arizona. She completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arizona and graduated with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. While in college, Giselle became an intern for the Public Defender’s Office and found a passion for law. Soon after graduating, Giselle became a courtroom clerk and gained some knowledge of court proceedings. Giselle decided to join the Rabb and Rabb Law Firm team as a Legal Assistant/Receptionist and found the position to be a great place to start her future career. In the future, she hopes to attend James E. Rogers College of Law and wishes to pursue a career as a lawyer.
